Charitable Giving Policy

Top Notch Logworks recognizes the important role charitable non-profit organizations play in the communities where we live and work. To better assist employees’ charitable giving and give back to the community in which Top Notch resides, we have instituted a Matching Gift Program. The program matches verified individual gifts up to a certain amount per employee per year. The Matching Gift Program enables employees to support important institutions by providing a match up to $500.00 for each employee per year.

 

We also offer a “Dollars for Doers” program for employees who volunteer during their personal time. If employees or a member of their immediate family donate 30 or more verifiable volunteer hours within a given year to an eligible nonprofit, we will give a $500.00 donation to that qualifying nonprofit. The flexibility of this program allows employees to focus on areas of volunteerism that are most important to them as individuals. All employee donations to public charities and public educational institutions are eligible for matching, though we do encourage employees to choose local organizations that enhance our direct communities.
